Plan and lead projects end to end within the process office: define business and functional/technical requirements, secure budget approval, coordinate implementation and bring changes into stable production.
Coordinated partners, advertising, loyalty programmes, compliance, IT and business teams. Managed plans, timelines, dependencies and approvals, from the initial initiative to evaluating post-launch results.
